Privacy note – Djeeni Data Assistant

This privacy note describes the special privacy policies in connection with the Djeeni Data Assistant application; extending the general privacy policy of DJEENI. In case the two documents contradict, the rules in this privacy note prevail; otherwise both documents in combination are in effect.
Lead management
DJEENI builds connection towards interested parties through the Microsoft Marketplace. As part of the contact building process the interested parties share their contact information with DJEENI. The contact information provided is stored in the CRM system of DJEENI and will be used to communicate about the Djeeni Data Asssistant application.
Djeeni Data Assistant
The Djeeni Data Assistant application operates within the boundaries of a corporate working environment. Users of the application are administered, managed and served using email addresses, other identifiers and user rights provided in line with the policies of the companies involved. The application does not require the user to provide; does not store or utilize special personal data (health, religion, political preferences, criminal records information).
